The company acts as a contracting, advisory and administrative vehicle across several sectors: entertainment, marketing and brand partnerships, general business consulting, and the identification and commercial representation of talent.
Operating from an EU jurisdiction gives our clients and counterparties a stable legal framework, straightforward cross-border invoicing and clear governance — which matters when an agreement spans several countries, currencies and regulators.
Every engagement is documented in plain, enforceable agreements. Where we receive funds on behalf of a client, those funds are held for that client and made available in full, on terms agreed in writing in advance. We would rather turn down work than take on a mandate we cannot administer cleanly.
We keep the team small and senior, and bring in specialists — legal, tax, financial, technical — when a case calls for it.
